Deliverables produced for clients under a service agreement are governed by the intellectual property provisions of that specific agreement.
Enquiries submitted through the Site (contact forms, booking requests, project inquiry forms) do not constitute a binding contract. All service engagements are formalised through a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work signed by both parties.
Any pricing, timelines, or deliverable descriptions mentioned on the Site are indicative only and are subject to scope definition and formal agreement.
DATAISOL uses artificial intelligence tools — including large language models — to assist in content generation, research, and analysis as part of our service delivery and internal operations.
AI-generated content, recommendations, and outputs are provided as a starting point and are reviewed by our team before delivery. However, AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate outputs. DATAISOL does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any AI-assisted deliverable and recommends that clients review all outputs for their specific context and regulatory requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DATAISOL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
In no event shall DATAISOL's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to DATAISOL in the twelve months preceding the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

For clients located in other jurisdictions, we are open to agreeing alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in the context of a formal service agreement.
