Dr. Shahzad Ahmad Bhatti works at the intersection of education, human development, and institutional transformation. With over 35 years of leadership experience across academia, public sector institutions, and international development, he has led capacity-building initiatives and Training of Trainers (ToT) programs that strengthen institutions and improve workforce readiness.
As a former consultant with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), his work centered on designing training frameworks that strengthen institutions internationally. He currently serves as CEO and Founder of Westbridge Schools, Executive Director of PIAAS Group of Colleges, and Director of Research at Mustafai Research Center.
